As a professional chair sitter, this one hit home for me.
From crazy grill setups, to new yard games, to intense sound system installations, fans have been elevating the tailgating in every way. With one exception - the folding chair.
We partnered with a great creative engineering shop, Smooth Technology, to design and fabricate the ultimate tailgating Chill Throne that would have the most passionate fans drop their hotdog and say “I need that”.

Finding the right partner for this to stay within budget, within the timeline and really elevate this wasn’t easy. But we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

It’s a tricky challenge to make sure the throne pops on the screen, while also hiding all the features that make it incredible. But we’ve struck the proper balance and it turned out great.

In order to drive hype and really nail our goal of getting that headline, we kept this to only 10x thrones total. That also left our budget healthy enough to throw in everything but the kitchen sink.
